I just think the enormous variety of songs in this soundtrack are amazing...plus I my favorite songs ever (Riders of Rohan, Evenstar, Breath of Life, and Forth Eorlingas) are on it.

Even if TT has my fav song (evenstar) ROTK's music is very inspiring (for me :P) and it has a perfect mix of tunes that fits the movies just great!

It's such a beautiful and haunting work, very symphonic and classical. I saw (and heard) music from each soundtrack performed live by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (Howard Shore was conducting it himself!) and, though it was all amazing, Fellowship was somehow more moving and emotional than the other two. The main theme is just brilliant! I know I'm rambling, but such an awesome soundtrack deserves it. :)

The music was just absolutely wonderful! Plus it had my favorite, The Grey Havens. Into the West was also an extremely emotional song.

I also heard the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra playing all three soundtracks and it was simply fantastic. I have all three soundtacks and when i get to the Return of the King and Into the West on the third soundtrack i get really emotional cause they somewhat embody all the other ones and it is kind of a wrap up of the first two.

Your Name: Ranger Girl Fav. Sountrack: The Return of the King Why?: I liked them all but ROTK has a good mix of joy and dispare in it. I think the names where the most creative and I love Into the West.
