It all started: My Grampa actually got me into computers. He made my computer, believe it or not. He's one of the smartest people I know, he just really is the best. If it wasn't for him, there's a great chance I wouldn't be here online. I still wonder what I'd be doing without my computer if I were bored :P

Information: I've been working with Web & Graphis Designing for over six years now. I have made and administrated many websites. I create all websites using the simple and easy to use Word Pad. Yes, I hand-code all my websites. I've used many programs for my graphics, but now all I really use is Adobe Photoshop 7.0. I basically taught myself everything while studying others work online. I got my Mom into Web & Graphis Designing, and she found that she really liked it too. Now we have our own company, RoyalImagery.com.

Looking Back: My first Website I ever created was entitled "Jen's Groovy Petz". It was based on the Computer game called Petz where you get to feed and take care of all these dogz and catz. It was actually a really big thing years ago, really fun and very addicting. It got quite popular and soon another Computer game by the same company came out called Babyz. I got it, loved it and decided to rename my site combining the Petz with Babyz and came up with Royal Haven - Petz & Babyz. Suddenly I lost interest in the site and without warning just stopped updating. That is so unlike me now and I can't believe I did that still. Months later I opened my first Star Wars site, Star Wars Freak then Obi-Han which was an Obi-Wan & Han Solo fansite. Those both soon closed and then came the infamous Anakin and His Angel which has been online for over four years. It's a giant General Star Wars Fansite and I have many wonderful people who work on it with me, this site is truly my baby =)

Learn about me: I'm a Born Again Christian and I love the Lord with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength. Without Him I don't really know where I'd be. I love praising Him! He has given me so much, including wonderful family, a boyfriend who's amazing, and great friends. He has blessed me in so many ways. A few of my favorite verses are John 3:16, Jeremiah 29:11, Colossians 3:23, 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 and Philippians 4:13.

I sing on the Music Team at my Church for the Youth, and in the Church Sanctuary with my Dad. I'm a Youth Leader and lead the best High School girls ever! I also mentor a wonderful girl, and I sell Cookie Lee Jewelry, which I really love doing.

I love movies. I really enjoy Science Fiction, Action, Drama, and Romantic films, but I'll sit and watch just about any genre of film. I realized that just because a movie doesn't exactly fit my taste, doesn't meant it's not a good one. That's actually just silly if you think about it, so I'm always open to watch different kinds of films. Some of my favorite movies ever are: Star Wars, The Phantom of the Opera, Pride and Prejudice, and Beauty and the Beast. You can actually find my list of "Top 10 Movies" here. I grew up watching a lot of Disney films. My favorite one of all time is "Beauty and the Beast", which I saw eleven times in the Theatre. I haven't broken that record yet! Those movies helped me dream and believe. I think that movies still do that for me when I watch them. I get really excited, sometimes I feel as if I'm right there in the middle of all the action and beauty of it. Many of them are inspirational, they help you to keep believing, they make you forget all your troubles, and even pretend a little. Yay for movies!

I love Shopping. We chicks should be so eternally grateful for such an invention! My favorite place to shop is the Ontario Mills Mall. Oh my gosh. I shouldn't even get myself started on this place. You know this mall receives more visitors than Disneyland does? It's huge, and the parking lot is enormous. It's such a lively, fun place to hang out. I LOVE IT.

I also love Singing, I've been doing it for as long as I can remember. So of course I love music too. I don't even know how much music I listen to every day, especially since I got my iPod nano last year for Christmas from my wonderful boyfriend. I'm into all types of music, except for Country and most Rap. People are usually surprised to learn that I enjoy Metal and Hard Rock. I have memories of my dad and I singing and dancing all around the house. I know I love singing and music because of him. He actually has a much stronger passion for music than I do. He's very gifted. Not only does he have a wonderful voice, but he can play guitar, drums, piano and who knows what else! We both enjoy watching the Dream Theatre DVDs together :P

I totally love taking pictures of people and myself (lol) and hanging them up everywhere. They are fun to have and collect, but they also make wonderful memories. My room is covered in pictures. I think I take after my mom, because her house has always had pictures of her family and friends all over. She can never have enough picture frames (lol).

I've always liked Disney, and Disneyland of course (Yes, I have a pass!). It's one of those places that you can never get sick of. Disneyland is magical! I don't think I could pick a favorite ride there, but every time my best friend Leila and I go we have to get on Indianna Jones. It's become a tradition for us. My favorite Disney movie is Beauty and the Beast and Belle is my favorite Princess.

I love monkeys! No, not real ones. Ha ha ha, that must sound so ridiculous. But no, I like plush monkeys. They are so cute!! Most real monkeys are far from that, and they smell horrid. Other animals that I like (as plushies) are turtles and frogs. See, I like cute chubbie/rounded things (ex. cartoon characters), like plushies and/or beanies. As for real animals, I love cats, and not just your normal cats but cheetahs and jaguars. I also like puppies and horses.

I love beautiful views (outdoors) like the Grand Canyon which I had the pleasure of seeing about three years ago. It was one of the most amazing things I've seen. At first it just looked fake, like a painting. It was almost unbelievable. I also sometimes just walk outside and stand there gazing into the clouds, looking out at the mountains covered with snow, or letting my hair down to make it feel like the wind can just take me...

I like drinks, and when I say drinks, I mean Water, Lemonade, Orange Juice, Starbucks, etc. I find myself ALWAYS drinking something! A few months ago I started obsessing with Starbucks, and my boyfriend Jason wasn't too thrilled about that. Heh.

I'm a very very very (yes, that many) nice and generous person. I'm not just saying this either, people are always telling me these things. However, it's not always a good thing. Being nice can get you into tough situations, or make you feel like you can't say something. (Although I always say what I think and feel. I'm a very outspoken person.) It's a confusing thing to deal with because if I say something that's not exactly 'nice', then I feel horrible. Like, I'll feel like I just said something really mean, but all along it wasn't that bad. I'm always afraid of hurting people, because I care so much about how people feel (especially those I'm close to). So when I mess up, it literally kills me.

I'm not at all shy. I'm really outgoing, and outspoken. I'm always thinking a thousand things, so I feel like there's so much for me to say and ask. I tend to innterupt though, but I never intetionally mean to do it. I don't notice I do it until after I've already done it. So I have to watch myself, because one thing that annoys me is when people innterupt, and when I realized that I did that I was frustrated.

I don't smoke or drink. Why would I want to do something that not only slowly kills your body, but can also be addicting?. People think it takes away all your pain away, but it really only decieves you. It's sad to see those who do it just because they think it makes them look cool, or because their friends do it. It hurts me to see people using these drugs, but even more when they become addicted to it.

I've been told that I'm a defensive person, and although I don't quite consider myself as one, I do know that I can be defensive about certain things. If there's something that I love, or if someone is trying to tell me something that I know is right (or wrong) and they're trying to tell me otherwise, then yes. I am very defensive and I can get angry pretty quick.

I laugh so much. Never tell me to stop laughing, or to be quiet 'cause I'm laughing too much because that only makes it worse. My laughing will increase the moment you say it. It's almost ridiculous how much stuff I laugh at. I find humor in way too many things. It's funny though because I'll even laugh at some really bad things, and afterwards I'm like "What the heck?" I mean, I laugh so much it sometimes hurts. But you know what I always say..."Laughing is good for your health!"

I LOVE kids. Kids are awesome, funny, loveable, and they bring so much joy into lives. Yes, they can be a handful, but we all were at one point. Actually, according to men, we women are still a handful (lol). I used to work with kids every week at my Church for almost a year. I also babysat a baby girl full time for about a year. Now I'm not bragging, but kids love me. They really do, I'm like a magnet to them! Most of the kids call me "Miss Jen". It's so cute to hear your name like that, especially from the real young ones. I've been working with kids since I was under the age of 13, and I also have three younger siblings, so I am experienced. I'm extremely sensitive about children, I don't know why but I always have been. Sometimes it's hard to watch the News seeing the things that are happening to kids all around the world. The kidnapping, starvation, being hurt or killed because of their parents...it's just really hard. One thing that totally ticks me off though is when I'm out and I hear a child crying, I'll look to my side and see the child. I then look to the parent and they're not doing one thing, not one friggin thing. Honestly, I just want to go over and slap them. It just seems like there are so many of these mothers and fathers around who don't give a cr*p for their kids. (I'm sorry, but it's so true!) These are innocent children who deserve so much better. They didn't ask for this, they need love, caring and protection. I give a thousand props to those people who are REAL parents. Being a parent isn't just feeding, discipline, and sending the kid to school. It's so much more. Love your kids, teach them, spend time with them, be there for them. The list goes on and on. Whoa, that was more like a lecture. My bad. Sorries. I'll just say that I can't wait to have my own children. I look forward to that so much.

Talents: Web and Graphics Designing. I love singing, I think I might even like to record an ablum some day. I also have a talent for painting, although I don't do it much. The only thing I can paint are things relating to nature. I can draw and dance, I used to do both all the time, but I stopped. I know for a fact I could play the piano if I wanted to, I used to mess with the keys when I was young, but I've always known since I was little that I could do it. I've always liked dressing up since I was little. Actually, in the Summer of 2004 I modeled a costume at a Renaissance Fair, which was so fun. I would love to take up more modeling.

Collection: The biggest collection of anything that I have is Star Wars Merchandise. I have action figures, posters, collecter's items, cards and all kinds of EVERYTHING and ANYTHING of collectible stuff and toys. Most of everything is in it's box too. I also have quite a few monkey and frog items. The next biggest collection would be my images on my computer, lol.
